Dr. Mehdi Dowlaty is a board-certified pediatric dentist with over 15 years of experience providing specialized dental care for children, young adults, and patients with special needs. A graduate of New York University College of Dentistry, Dr. Dowlaty pursued advanced training in pediatric dentistry at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine. His expertise in sedation and special needs care ensures that every child feels comfortable and secure.
As a father of two, Dr. Dowlaty understands the importance of creating a positive dental experience. He brings warmth and empathy to every appointment, ensuring that each patient is treated with the same care he would give his own children. Dedicated to innovation and patient-centered care, Dr. Dowlaty is proud to make dental visits a joyful experience for families across Fullerton.

When she’s not helping patients, Dr. Azar enjoys baking, biking, jogging, Bikram yoga, and spending quality time with her family. Her commitment to excellence and compassionate approach make her a valued part of the ChildSmiles OC team.
