The Program sends appointment reminders, post-visit follow-ups, patient care instructions, feedback requests, and review invitations to patients and parents or guardians of patients at ChildSmiles OC.

You may enroll in the Program by providing your mobile phone number to our office during registration, at an appointment, through our website, or by texting us directly. By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS messages from ChildSmiles OC.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your appointments and interactions with our office. You may receive up to several messages per week.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details on your messaging plan.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel the Program at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send the STOP message, we will send you a confirmation message and will not send you any additional messages. If you want to rejoin, text START or contact our office.
